« The Emerald Isle was a construction site! The main pool was closed and a jack-hammer was constantly in use during the day. The arrival drop off area was partially blocked causing inconvenience and unnecessary delays. The second MORNING we were there the fire alarm was tested for almost two hours. The Saturday morning before we checked out the hot tub was out of service for over 24 hours. If the site manager would of notified us of the construction and offered a reschedule/cancel option we...

« The property was super clean and there was a gorgeous view of the bay! I loved the views each morning! We brought our dog and the grass area was really nice being right there and a nice sized space. I think I got confused by the listing because usually when beach chair service is included it’s right across the street but we ended up not pursuing it because it was down the road. I’m also used to having a place to clean off right at the beach but there wasn’t. It was a readily accessible place...

« Excellent side view of beach. Very spacious and clean. Only downfall, sectional does not open up as a sleeper so my girls had to sleep on different areas of the sofa which was fine for them but can be a little misleading for some. »

« Too many codes!There is a code for the entering gate. main door, condo door, internet and another code for the parking app plus a code to get in from the beach. The instructions weren’t fabulous. Without fail it took us multiple try each time we needed to get in. It was a joke amongst all the guests, hold the door so I don’t have to relook up the codes. »

« Our 2nd stay in this unit and will not be our last! It meets all your needs and we love the high-top seating; makes for great views of the water, dolphins and sunsets. The included beach chairs/umbrella are a plus for us, as we travel by car 12 hours so there’s less to pack! We so enjoy your beautiful white sand, emerald and blue waters; and of course my early morning walks with Fred! The owners were very helpful and made us feel welcome! »

« The property, Deluna's Delight, is beautiful, clean, well-equipped, has a beautiful view of the sound, and very conveniently located, since we love the fort and Langdon Beach area. »

« Good location to watch the air show, and convenient to dining, parking was an issue as the property would only issue one pass, not two as described, shower curtain was moldy, probably should be replaced good communication by the host, »
