Flats in Pensacola Beach

'We love that we had a choice of a private beach, on the bay or the public beach, on the Gulf, within walking distance. There were no shops nearby other than a convenience store that is very limited and one restaurant within walking distance. The condo was equipped for cooking and very clean. The towels and wash rags are SUPER ruff but all in all the condo was great!'

'We woulda gave it 5 stars, but those stairs!!! Lol! Its beautiful, the condo itself was very clean and beautiful! We had everything we needed right there including the poil and a cute little private beach. We loved the ducks, turtles, and seabirds, and the clear water view. The ocean was on one side and the bay on the other! Great view from the 4th floor, but make sure youre in shape. There were a few beer cans left on the ground at the pool, and no garbage can anywhere in view or we mightve...

'Location. location, location! Our unit could have used some more throw rugs but it had what we needed. We were close enough to Fort Pickens park to see the Blue Angels practice. We were between the Gulf and the sound - close enough to walk to the beach but you had to cross a semi-busy road. We went in June and the water was about 83 degrees…perfect. The last day we had double red flags so we could not swim at the Gulf so we just went to the sound side, a great alternative, especially if you have...

'I would say that the condo is in a great location with a restaurant and convenient store across the street. There was plenty of parking, a great view of the beach, and it was very clean. With that said, when we got their we weren’t given access code to the door, just gate which isn’t terrible but I immediately had to call again because the internet and tv service weren’t running. The hot water heater was broken so you had to take a shower in about 7 minutes and hope no one had to take one behind...
