« We loved our stay here. Mark and Kat were responsive and thoughtful hosts (a lovely cream tea welcomed us on arrival). The house had plenty of space for our large group. We liked the private and green location. And we were welcomed everytime we got back to the house by three super friendly dogs who we well in love with! Couple of things to note - some of the mattresses are softer rather than firmer - and showers are mostly of the electric heater variety so not super powerful - if these are...

« Clean throughout, light and warm and location worked well for our visit to family in Budock Water which has a good pub, village shop and CJ restaurant which is 5 star. »

« Our third visit so it must be good. »

« Lovely old world cottage: with really thick walls and windows, low ceilings and quirky floorbords - nice to be living in history. House reeked of air freshener all the time, despite opening windows wide. House could benefit from some deep carpet cleaning Bins outside front window made it difficult to park when...

The bathrooms are clean and modern with great showers. There was a slight mix-up with check in but the host handled it brilliantly and we were...

« The cottage is in a fabulous cobbler street location, 2 minute walk to the harbour. The cottage is well equipped if you wanted to cook, we ate out because there are lots of lovely places to eat. The cottage was lovely and clean, great powerful shower. The host Victoria had left us milk, biscuits, tea, coffee, washing up liquid and tea towels. We had great communication from Victoria, any questions were responded really quickly. We didn’t want to leave and we will definitely return. Thank you so...
