Cottages in Penrose

'Super clean and comfortable rental! On a quiet street but super convenient to anything you want to do in the Brevard area. Host was prompt and friendly with all communication and check-in/check-out process was easy. Would definitely stay here again!'

'Grill piece of junk no privacy no dry wood screen in porch door with a big hole'

'This was a great stop for our family and it was pet-friendly and had a fenced backyard. The host was exceedingly helpful and kind! Thank you for letting us rent your home! Hendersonville has a great little downtown and is vibrant!'

'The cottage was clean and very comfortable. It was an excellent location and in a quiet area. The host has equipped the place with everything you could possibly need for a great stay, including items to make our pet comfortable. Highly recommend!'

'Wonderful experience, great location, very dog friendly!'

'We stayed in the cabin while dropping our son off at camp, it was perfect for our stay! We enjoyed the back porch and the house layout, it was great for our family (2 adults and 3 kids). We did a hike to rainbow falls and ordered pizza to eat at the house, it was just what we needed for the weekend.'

'Property was nice and easy to find. It was private and close to downtown Brevard. Only complaint was gnats that would not go away.'

'Disappointed I thought property was bigger I guess I overlooked it'

'We were not able to use the hot tub due to there not being enough water, which was a bummer. The hot tub appeared old and not very clean. Water pressure is not great if you want a good shower. The fireplace from the pictures didn't work either. I never heard back from the host after I messaged them about the hot tub. For the price, you might as well get a hotel with a working hot tub and good shower. '

'We only stayed one night but enjoyed the property, especially the deck. Wonderful view and so peaceful and quiet.'
