'Perfect property for our family. Awesome little sand volleyball and sand soccer court in the back yard. Loved the private beach and the restaurants on the beach in town. Cali our care taker was great to work with.'

'Location can't be beat, plenty of space for our family (3 adults and 2 young kids). Check-in was easy, pool is nice.The space desperately needs a deep clean and some minor repairs. Years of grime is caked onto every surface, the walls are crumbling, and the linens/towels are tattered and stained. We asked the host to come clean the floors, which they promptly did, but that only went so far.The kitchen is functional, but just barely. 'The house was beautiful and very clean! it was also a close drive to Xcaret Park. We were a large group and had both of my grandparents in wheelchairs. The house was perfect for our needs and the host was very accommodating for a late checkout. My family loved our stay here and would definitely come back!'
