'Veel ruimte. Prettig contact via mail en whatsapp. Goede wifi. Geen televisie. Ver uit het centrum (Plaza Principal), geen goede horeca in de naaste omgeving. Bij het meubilair is vooral op design gelet, niet op comfort. Geen prettige stoelen. Koffie en drinkwater aanwezig. Rustige maar verwaarloosde buurt. Achterstallig onderhoud in douches: douchekoppen zijn aan vervanging toe, gladde vloer en geen beugels om je vast te houden.'

'Perfectly located and great for a couple or family with kids. We loved how the house is set up for outside living with the large covered terrace. We had hot water the whole time, and decent water pressure in the shower. Only one power failure that lasted more than an hour during our 10 day stay. Internet was consistently 30 mps download and 2-3 mps upload. Many restaurants within walking distance, bring a high quality flashlight as not all streets are lit at night. Beds were medium firm...

'Things that were disappointing and Americans may appreciate knowing before booking: - directions wrong on VRBO app-Bars, padlocks on doors and windows (made sense later but wish we knew before or at arrival because it felt scary the first night)-holes in screens letting bugs and ants in and sliding door had to close because hole was big enough for small animals at night- 100’s of tiny bugs inside, bought spray and killed- no water pressure in shower, took a long time to heat up-loud water pump...

'Great for a long stay, close to many options for dining and shopping. Pool was very nice for the summer heat, and the onsite laundry was great to have. Although the metal doors to access the laundry units are very hard to slide open.'

'Absolutely perfect for all our needs...spacious, clean, and well equipped for cooking in the kitchen including snacks, coffee & drinking water. Plus the rooftop terrace provided beautiful sunrises, sunsets and great for birding in the early am! Plus a dip felt great in the small & secluded pool! A perfect location for everything north of El Centro...restaurants, supermarkets, dental office & a very close walk to Calle Montejo & other monuments.
