'The staff was excellent; always willing to lend a hand or direct you to where you needed to go. Every need was taken care of for my entire family of 20, including a special beach bonfire for my 70th birthday celebration. Food was great and butlers arranged dinners for 5 consecutive nights at different restaurants where we could all dine together. 'Initially booked another resort had major troubles. So changed to Grand Palladium Colonial. Absolute amazing. They upgraded our room on arrival at no cost. Lots to do and see. Food was excellent. No complaints from me I will go back to this resort. Loved It!'
