'We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, quiet, and private, which made it the perfect place to relax. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. We would especially like to thank the lady who served us during dinner and breakfast. She was very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Although her English was limited, she went above and beyond by using Google Translate to explain the menu and answer our questions. Her effort and warm hospitality...

'A lovely hotel, in a beautiful building, with great service. On arrival we had a quick check-in, having previously received a QR code through completing pre-check in online at the request of the hotel. We then got to choose from a wide range of bathroom amenities to take to our room. The room was fairly spacious, with high ceilings and the beds were very comfortable. 'ホテルは綺麗で快適！外国の方が多く、大浴場は賑やかでした。外国の方向けにお風呂の注意事項も書いてあるのでよかったですが。ちょっとアレ？と思う事もありましたが… アクテビティがとても楽しくてキャニオニング、ジップフライトと共にガイドの方もフレンドリーで親切！とても楽しかったです！ レストランもカフェもバーもあるのでどこに行かなくても済みます。近くに倶知安町があるのでイオンでも食品を買って食べたり、部屋で飲んだりも楽しめます。ゆっくり２泊して大正解でした！ ホテル6階角部屋だったので景色もサイコーでした！'

'The hotel is well located just opposite the JR Otaru station. The room is clean and decent. The size is quite standard in Japan. It will be starting renovation in April and we are excited to stay afterwards. '
