Herbergen in Kenai Peninsula

'We greatly preferred this to staying in a hotel! It has everything you need! Clean - like new! We would stay here again - great value! It’s on the east end of town, so you do need to drive into town - but we prefer that -away from the crowds. Not the place if you want to be able to walk everywhere. There is an easy shortcut to the Spit! It literally has a Glacier view! Our one complaint was related to only two seats and a small table for meal time (There were 3 of us - so we just brought in...

'This is a nice place to stay, conveniently located near the highway. Patrons should know that there is no front desk and the key must be picked up at a separate location prior to entering your room. Not a huge inconvenience, but it was unexpected. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I slept well.'

'While the outside looks worn the rooms are very nice. The rooms are clean and the beds are also comfortable. For fishermen there is easy access to the Kenai river with cleaning stations if you get lucky.'

'Room has everything you would need. Jacuzzi tub fills up fast and plenty of hot water. AC is cold and the gas fireplace is a cool addition.'
