'After chasing daily all week in the lead up to the stay frustrating and stress was building.I was told I had to contact the host for check in information, day by day I emailed, text and called but there was no response.After Many messages and calls to travel nest I was told I had to travel to the accomodation on the Saturday and the host would send check in information at 2.30pm, if by then nothing was received a refund would be issued...I obviously then asked to cancel as clearly the host was...
