Langland Bay Beach

Équipe de jeunes très efficace, serviable et très sympathique (là quotidiennement jusque vers 17h) qui tient ce petit hôtel en bord de fleuve, entre la gare centrale de train et de la gare routière de Sophia garden. (10 min à pieds maximum chaque). Embarcadère de l’Aquabus proche également. Propreté impeccable et locaux neufs pour ce que j’ai constaté. Très petite chambre, mais très bien équipée (prises usb, 2 fenêtres doubles vitrages, salle de douche, robinet du lavabo à économie en énergie, tv, thé/café/chocolat et bouilloire).

Extremely noisy at night as it is near the University Halls of Residence. Shouting and screaming outside the window until gone 4 am. The property should advise bringing, or provide, earplugs. There were items left in the fridge from a previous occupant and the shower was not adequately cleaned. The cupboard under the sink was not properly on its hinges and stopped the fridge door from closing. The property did not supply tea towels, washing-up liquid or cleaning cloths, which is unusual for a self catering apartment. Check out was 11am so I was very concerned that the housekeepers let themselves into my room without knocking at 9.53. I was in bed. I might have been in the middle of a shower. I would not normally put all this in a review, but I raised these issues in an email to the property to which I have not received the courtesy of a reply.
