You can walk to the beach from this charming Pebble Beach home—or practice golf on your own private putting green!   Located on a quiet quarter-acre, it's a five-minute walk to the Monterey Peninsula Country Club and close to all  the courses inside the Pebble Beach gates: Spyglass, Spanish Bay, Poppy Hills, and the world-renowned Pebble Beach Golf Links. Indoors, pamper yourself with luxury spa towels and linens and enjoy restful nights on the high-quality mattresses. The two Master suites feature King beds with Egyptian cotton sheets and down comforters; both have deck access (and fireplaces for romantic evenings). The third bedroom has a Queen bed and a loft with a full-sized bed (recommended for older kids or teens due to steep access ladder). This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home has high ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. The living room has a third gas log fireplace and a large flat screen TV. The gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless-steel appliances—including a gas cooktop and double oven—and everything a culinary enthusiast could desire, including high-end cookware. Dishes and cutlery are provided for 12, and the dining area seats six comfortably. French doors open to the deck, which has a gas barbecue along with a table and chairs for additional seating and al fresco dining. Amenities include WiFi, satellite TV in the living room and both master suites, DVR to record programs, and a DVD player in the living room. There's an oversized 3-car garage (with adult bicycles for you to explore the area). Located within minutes of breathtaking ocean views on 17-Mile Drive, it's close to all Pebble Beach golf courses, the Lodge at Pebble Beach and the Spanish Bay Inn (restaurants, shops, and world-class spa). A short, scenic drive takes you to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row, Fisherman's Wharf, and charming Carmel-by-the-Sea, known for its unique shops, art galleries, and restaurants.

An excellent stay

This beautiful and serene house is perfect for those who value personal space. The two master bedrooms, at either end of the house, provide privacy, and all three bedrooms and bathrooms are well-stocked with luxurious sheets and towels. Having fireplaces in both master bedrooms is a treat. The kitchen is user-friendly, and the dining room offers an enchanting forest view, especially when the fog is present. There are no drawbacks to this house, and we thoroughly recommend it. Our only suggestions for the owner are to provide a burr coffee grinder and some stainless steel pots and pans, as the current cookware is the coated type and scratched, which is unhealthy. Regardless, not having those items will not keep us away!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was well kept and very comfortable. As others have noted, the lighting in the living room is terrible at night. It needs to be fixed. We also would have appreciated if a gas grill had been on the deck or the backyard. Where is was positioned rendered it unusable. The home was well equipped and met all our needs.

Lovely home. No reading lamps in living room, but one floor lamp. The area needed three lamps for reading. They need to be at end of couches and by reading chair next to fire place.

Great location and property.

Everything went well and the owners/property management was excellent. The home was in very good condition and equips with all that we needed. The only issue is the bed up above on in the 3rd bedroom is open air to the kitchen which prohibited us from having a kid sleep in that bed - also made use of that bedroom tricky as the noise from the kitchen would travel into that bedroom. Other than that a nice property with all we needed

A week in Pebble Beach with friends

The description of this property by the management is very accurate. The house is in a quiet neighborhood of attractive homes landscaped with beautiful oaks. It is spacious with two wings with large bedrooms at each end. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are in the center. Many glass doors open onto a deck with large table and chairs for comfortable outdoor dining and relaxing. The steep driveway down to the garage looks daunting, but you can easily back out and return up the driveway safely. As the description says, condiments are not provided, and you need to bring whatever you use at home. It was a lovely spot to spend a week.

Home away from home...

Wonderful location inside 17-mile Drive. Quiet street; could hear the ocean waves at night. It looked freshly renovated / remodeled. Very comfortable. Kitchen appliances were top-notch. (However, if you plan on cooking, you'll need to bring your oils and spices.) ... Would definitely return!

L’ermitage was a clean, comfortable, well located place to stay. We were there to check on a home we are remodeling and to visit with a friend. We thought the home was well equipped and provided a nice layout with privacy for all. My husband plays golf and was able to get to the course easily from L’ermitage. We dined out often and we’re only minutes away from restaurants in Carmel, Pebble Beach, Monterey, and Pacific Grove.
