The view would be lovely, but was difficult to enjoy from inside as the big picture window was cloudy (not dirty, but due to a defective seal, usually covered under warranty and easily fixable). 'My friends and extended family have an annual reunion in Carmel, a tradition for 20 years. We have had opportunity to stay in multiple houses over the years. This home, however, was the best by far. It suited all of our particular needs beautifully. The house is exactly as described. The landscaping is beautiful with multiple outdoor seating areas.
