Particuliere vakantiehuizen in Payson

'The place was great and we were traveling with 3 kids. The loft, the little playroom and the theatre room were a bonus in making this stay more fun than a staying in a typical hotel room.'

'I don't believe I realized the age of the home, dueto the recent renovated online photos when I reserved this property. Check-in was easy & it has some unique property moments throughout. The biggest issue was the lack of air circulation, especially throughout the top floor, which made the AC really struggle. We stayed for 3 evenings. When we initially got there, we set the thermostat for 70 with it being 88 outside. The coolest it got on the main floor was low of 72 the following morning, but...

'Need to be fair about this property. The owners bailed my family out and I am grateful. Another VRBO property cancelled 5 days before my son's wedding and this owner took our last minute reservation. We had a late addition to our group and the owner graciously allowed us to add my sister in law and her husband.Thank you. The property itself is huge with an abundance of rooms. The house was clean and well stocked. Spacious kitchen. Comfortable house We did have several surprises not all of...

'I initially selected this property for location, and was so pleased with it. It was everything and more than the write up. The home is immaculately clean, organized, and it has everything you need to feel at home away from home. Melanie is a super host and responds to questions quickly. I highly recommend it!'

'From Arizona! We came and stayed for a few days. This town home was very clean. They welcomed us with a little treat. Is a very calm neighborhood. This town home is so beautiful and the host meet all our needs as well. Thank you so much! Will definitely be booking next time we come back into town!'

'Loved the amount of space with 3 floors. Fit our group of 5 very comfortably. Will stay here again.'

'We loved our stay! Beautiful home! Lots of very nice modern touches. Very accommodating and it had all the things we needed. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!!'

'New and very clean property. Owner was very prompt when I had questions about checking in. Easy to get to. Great walking trails behind the property to enjoy the outdoors as well.'

'The home was perfect for our family and the host was awesome to work with!'

'Great location, very clean and spacious in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions. Would highly recommend.'

'This is a very beautiful home. Was impressed by how spacious the home was. The pictures don't do it justice and it's truly a gem! Loved the cleanliness, access to cleaning supplies to use as needed, is kid-friendly and loved that there were bikes for us to use!'

'Cozy with comfortable beds, fluffy towels. Nice view from the patio. Easy parking'

'Good experience.'

'Excellent for what we need'

'Our stay was wonderful! The space was clean, open, and enjoyed by everyone. The host was incredibly helpful, communicative, and made everything easy for us.'

'We arrived around 1 am after a very late flight. The instructions did not include the code for the key in the lock box for us to get in. This was pretty distressing since we had a very tired 6 year old with us.The coffee pot had leaked coffee/water which had a dried puddle on the kitchen floor. We had to write to request the wifi password. This should have been included with the check in information. The kitchen had only one small frying pan. Sheets and towels were clean and there were enough...

'The property has amazing potential but needs some attention. Shower was dirty. Linens were left in the dryer from the previous visitor. The kitchen and bathroom layout are poorly arranged. Various items left in the fridge and cabinets. The host needs to clean up the yard outside of the Vrbo. There is an old camper shell, broken shade panels, and weeds outside of the back door. There is a RV parked in the front carport with broken blocks and bricks under it. Instead of a fence, the host painted a...
