'The house was clean and satisfactory. The host need to get back to people sooner when their is a problem. We had a problem with the door lock and they never responded for 5 hours. We just figured it out ourselves. The towels were still wet in the cupboard so we reset them ourselves. My bed was great it was brand new. They might want to consider putting mattresses covers on them to keep them clean for others. As someone who runs a hotel people can have accidents and that is a big safety net. '

We later found it but never received anything from the landlord. The space was also not cleaned and none of the laundry was done including the bed sheets. We got ahold of the owner and had to put the linens on the bed ourselves.We were also not notified there was a tenant in the basement.
