'We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon while it was in its soft opening phase. To be fair, since it’s a new property, the room quality and facilities were clean and brand new. The staff initially seemed friendly. However, our experience was completely ruined by their utter lack of professionalism during and after checkout. 'The resort has overmet all our expectations. Really all of them. The architecture and color design is very modern and meets fully our taste. The Villa (one room) was excellent. Very spacy and comfortable. One highlight is that you step out on the terrace and are able to swim to the pool bar. The stuff is very, very friendly, always smiling, always at hand when needed. 'I could not recommend this property enough!!!! I have NO complaints! From the villa, to the staff, to the food and daily included activities; everything was PERFECT! They treat you like royalty and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is to your liking. The ONLY con is that it is tucked away a bit far in Ubud, but I actually liked that!
