'the house is in a closed condominium in front of Lake Gutierrez with a wonderful view of the mountains and the lake. The house is very well furnished, with everything you need to spend a peaceful holiday. The owner is very friendly and easy to communicate. Aldo who runs the house helped us a lot and was very helpful. I definitely recommend it to everyone.'

'Fuimos un grupo de 10 personas. Las instalaciones perfectas para el grupo. La casa súper cómoda. Antigua pero muy bien conservada. Los jardines y la vistas hacia el lago, de ensueño. Ubicación cercana al centro. A 4 minutos en auto. Cristian nuestro host, un genio. En las pocas oportunidades que necesitamos consultarlo, la respuesta fue inmediata. Súper recomendable!!! 'This place was really perfect for our family - grandparents, parents and an 18 month old. The space, modern and stylish, accommodated us well and we loved having the outdoor space as well as a comfy living room. It's a great location, right in town near many restaurants and trailheads. It has a view over the town and mountains in the distance. Good 3br apartments, especially where the kitchen and living area are big enough to function for a group, are hard to find in El Chalten. Recommended.'

'The place had 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a huge living room. The place had good heating and showers :) We didn't care that we were not in the downtown area as we had a car. Uber would have been dead cheap anyways :) We would for sure stay there again.'

'3 days after the reservation and only 3-4 hours before the check in the host canceled. We found out only 1 hour before check in and as we had just landed in El Calafate. Host sent us one single sentence in Spanish, offered no explanations nor any suggestions to help us find something at the last minute. I contacted the host for help and got back no responses. We wish truly to have been able to stay and recommend this property to others but be aware of last minute cancellations. To VRBO: just...
