Ideally located, in the heart of Paris just steps from the great Parisian historical sites, (Le Marais, Place de la Bastille, Place des Vosges, Place de la République, Canal Saint Martin, etc.) this apartment consists of a large and comfortable living room with TV, a large sofa that can seat 5-6 people to relax or watch television...



A fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes, etc...



A first room with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate 4 people. Room equipped with storage spaces.



A second bedroom with a double bed that can accommodate 2 people and storage space, with its own bathroom including toilet and shower.
