* The apartment is on the 1st floor with no lift, close to the train station, and has poor soundproofing: passing trains, the neighbours and the street can be heard inside, including in the evening and at night. Smoke smells from neighbours can also sometimes be noticed. If you are a light sleeper, this apartment is not the right choice.
We prefer to mention this so that every guest can book with full knowledge. You will have 35 m² (377 sq ft) in Asnières-sur-Seine, less than a 5-minute walk from the station, with direct trains to Paris Saint-Lazare, plus an equipped kitchenette and a Nespresso machine.
