Discover our superb apartment, ideally located in the heart of Paris, in the famous "Marais," just minutes from the famous Place des Vosges and Rue de Bretagne. This chic and trendy neighborhood boasts pedestrian streets that provide access to many of the capital's bars, restaurants, and fashion boutiques. Tastefully decorated, bright, elegant, refined, and fully equipped, my apartment is ideal for a successful Parisian stay.



The Space:

Our 60 m² apartment, located on the 3rd floor (without elevator), is laid out as follows for your comfort:



- 1 beautiful living room with sofa, TV, and Wi-Fi

- 1 fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, stovetop, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine)

- 1 dining area with table and chairs for 4 people

- 1 full bathroom with bathtub, sink, and toilet

- 1 bedroom with double bed, closet, and desk



The cleaning fee includes fresh sheets and towels for each tenant. Cleaning is carried out by professional staff.

The Neighborhood:

Apartment is ideally located in the center of Paris in the famous Marais district at the foot of a charming, typically Parisian square



You won't know which one to choose between the romantic Place des Vosges - the oldest square in Paris -, the Hôtel de Ville or the famous Musée National Picasso which is just a few minutes walk from the apartment.



At the bottom of the building, many cafes for the typical Parisian breakfast (coffee, croissant) you will find the covered market of the Enfants Rouges. For your lunch you can taste the fresh products directly on site, a meeting place for Parisian purists. To have lunch the best falafels in Paris, go to rue des Rosiers, at l'As du Falafel, 10 minutes walk away.
