Romantic Apartment near Le Marais

Located in the « Grands Boulevards » theatre district, in the southern part of the 10th district, at the northern border of Le Marais, this typical Parisian apartment is only a 20 min walk from major tourist attractions (le Louvre, opéra Garnier...).
The apartment is on the 2nd floor (3rd floor US) of an historical building from the early 19th century, with high ceilings (3.5 m./11.5 feet), ornate with beautiful original decorations. There is a lift. Entrance is directly on the spacious living room overlooking the street, with an open-plan kitchen and mezzanine. A corridor leads to the bedroom at the back overlooking the internal building courtyard - very quiet. Toilet with sink is separated from the bathroom. Bathroom is after the bedroom with a sink and a large shower. Can host 6 guests (but I rent only for 4 max): 1 double-bed in the bedroom (160x200 cm/63x80 inches), 1 sofa-bed for 2 people (140x200 cm/55x80 inches) in the living room with a 14cm/5.5 inches thick mattress. There is also a mattress for 2 people on the mezzanine (the mezzanine is over the kitchen corner and can be accessed by a ladder).
