Charming apartment totally equipped, well located in a quiet area, 15 minutes from the hypercentre of Paris.
It has all the necessary comfort for a family of 4/5 people.
Clear and bright, its contemporary decoration while pastel is very pleasant and relaxing.
It consists of an entrance, a bright living room, a spacious bedroom, a kitchen, a shower, a separate toilet.

Heerlijk verblijf

Erg schoon en heel compleet. Dicht bij metrostation Bel-air en restaurants, bakkers etc in de buurt. De badkamer is klein, maar de douche ruim genoeg. Apart toilet. Heel schoon, gezellig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Communicatie met Wahiba uitstekend. Als we een minpunt zouden moeten noemen: wc en badkamer konden niet op slot, wat onze dochter niet prettig vond. Maar dat is slechts n klein dingetje: we waren zeer tevreden! Heerlijk bed ook. Zeer schoon, goed bed, rustige buren en midden in een woonwijk met winkels dicht bij. Metro op 5 minuten loopafstand. Alles is in het appartement aanwezig: van suiker tot thee, van rijst tot eieren, boter, olie, kruiden, doucheschuim, vaatwastabletten etc etc. Appartement is op de vierde verdieping gelegen en er is geen lift. Trap is makkelijk te belopen. In de huiskamer doen twee bedden dienst als bank. We misten - zeker omdat we wat langer bleven - een prettige bank om s avonds op te zitten. Dat is het enige minpuntje.

Perfect verzorgd appartement

Geweldige ontvangst door Wahida, Appartement is sfeervol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een mooie houten vloer en Franse uitstraling met het Frans balkon. Er is thee, koffie en er stond zelfs fruit en ander lekkers klaar. We waren met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen en vonden het appartement groot genoeg. Tegenover is een bakkerij met heerlijk stokbrood en gebak. Metro’s naar de stad zijn vlakbij. Ongeveer 25-30 minuten om in het centrum te komen. Ook heel goed geschikt voor een langer (zakelijk) verblijf voor 1 of 2 personen.

Wahiba's apartment was wonderful! It felt like we were staying in a friend's apt. We were traveling as a family of 3 with a 6yo, and the space was perfect for our son to stretch out and color or play with his toys. We immediately felt welcome when we arrived. There were snacks and food in the kitchen and refrigerator. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, including spices and oils. The bathroom had anything we may have forgotten (for hair/body, band-aids, Tylenol) and great hot water and water pressure. The washing machine was a definitely bonus! Also, the area feels like a neighborhood, not a busy tourist attraction. There are several restaurants, grocery stores, and different metro lines within walking distance. Do yourself a favor and stay here to rest and recharge!

Charming it is!

We had a wonderful stay at Wahiba's apartment. It had everything we needed as a family of 4. Beds and space for everyone, the kitchen had the essentials including laundry and a mini dishwasher, and the metro is a few minutes walk away. It's Paris so there is a boulangerie on almost every corner. Wahiba is a warm and welcoming host. Enjoy to anyone who.goes!

Great Stay in Paris

Great stay, neat property that served our needs. Clean and tidy, well equiped kitchen. Host provided icecreams due to the hot weather. No air con, but plenty of fans and an evaporative cooler. Be prepared for the steps, as property is on the fourth floor.

Wonder Paris Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed this flat in Paris. It was set up so nicely for our family. Clean and decorated beautifully. Well stocked with things you may need when traveling along with kitchen supplies to make it easier when you first arrive. We quickly learned to use the metro to get out to see the sites and found the flat a wonderful home away from home. Can’t thank our host enough! 5 stars!

Great apartment and host

This apartment was perfect for our family. Comfortable beds with all necessary. The host was extremely helpful and helped with any question we had. She also left food for a couple of days. Her apartment is equipped with everything needed. There’s a couple of metro stations near by as well as stores to buy food and cafes.

Clean and well located

We absolutely loved staying at Wahiba's accommodation. The place was so welcoming, nicely equipped, well located close to two train stations. The neighborhood was so quiet and while not in the centre of Paris, transport to get to main attractions was super easy to access. We had a great night sleep after a very long trip. The beds were so comfortable. All the details, the croissants and treats, thanks so much Wahiba for making the start of our trip and unforgettable one. Hope we stay in your place next time we are in paris.

Great little spot

This place is super close to the metro to get around Paris. The host was extra helpful with helping us figure out where and when to go to places. The only downside is that you have to go up 4 flights of stairs. And with our heavy luggage, it made it difficult. So just be ready for that.

Great neighborhood apartment for a week.

The apartment was really cute. They left food for breakfast for a few days. What Americans would consider the living room had a twin bed and a day bed and then a bedroom with a double bed. Which worked out great for myself and a teenagers. Take note the it is a fourth floor walk up (5 flrs US) , which was not bad for daily going in and out, bringing the luggage up and down as we stayed a week tough, but that is only twice. Quite street with a few restaurants and an Aldi. the Metro station was close by. At the time we stayed the easiest way to get around for us was to buy individual tickets as once we got into the city center we walked. Even if we needed to use the Metro a few times a day this was easier then a pass.

Awesome Stay

First of all, Wahiba is an incredible host. Her communication was amazing and she went out of her way to be helpful. She had food for breakfast in the fridge, fresh French bread, and delicious cookies ready for us upon our arrival. We arrived on the later side, and she even had food in the apartment that she suggested we could make for a hot meal. The apartment is just perfect. Very clean, quaint, nicely decorated and has every amenity one would need. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. Location was great as it was a very short walk to the Metro station, which we used extensively to explore all the sites in Paris. The apartment was absolutely perfect for our 5 day stay in Paris. Thank you Wahiba for all you did for us!

Belle expérience parisienne

Tout a été parfait. Une hôte attentive et prévenante. Un logement très propre, bien entretenu dans un immeuble calme. La literie est confortable, le grand lit spacieux. A Day in Paris

The property was very nicely situated. It was clean and greasy with new appliances. There were some navicular food items available which was nice for us since we arrived very late. Having a washer was also a nice addition. We enjoyed our stay
