With a 17m long balcony,located at the 5th floor with elevator this family apartment is just amoment walk away,(300m) from the Parc Monceau.It is 15'walk from the Arc de Triomphe ( 2 metro stations).This 1882 classical apartment (1050 sqfeet) living space,and a 2.90m high molded type ceiling is south,south west oriented,with a 17m long balcony which spans all the rooms.It offers a great view on the Paris roofs until the Parc Monceau.
It is fully furnished with all amenities.Even if the area is quiet there are double glazed windows in all rooms.
The large 34 sqm living room comes with a 65'large screen plasma TV with foreign channels.
The main bedroom,with air conditioning,has a comfortable queen's bed wit a 27cm mattress.
2nd bedroom,with a folding type bed to save place,has exactly same mattress.
You will appreciate the large 12 sqm bathroom,with bath tub,shower and bidet.The WC are located in a separate room,with 2 doors for privacy.There is a hand wash too.The kitchen is fully equipped and you will feel such at home.Please note that i am living there several monts per year.
It comes complete with a high speed internet,150 mbts.The flat suits perfectly for 4 guests.A cot for a baby is available too.
Shops including a bakery are all less than 100m.Supermarkets are at 300m.The typical market streets,Levis and Poncelet are 10' walk away.
There plenty of restaurants in a close surrounding.
Metro access is very easy easy with 4 stations,Wagram,Malesherbes,Monceau,Courcelles.It just depends where you want to go.
I do not have a parking.However there is a pay parking nearby with affordable week rates.

It was a joy to stay in this lovely apartment. We liked the spaciousness and beautiful furnishings.The listing and photos are totally accurate. Communication with the host, Christian, was easy. Christian is charming and gracious. He welcomed us and showed us around the apartment.We appreciated having an elevator. We loved being in a non touristy area of Paris. It is a very nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood. You do need to consider that you will most likely need Uber to get around, as it's a bit far to walk, unless you are into it. There is a small elevator in the building that is very helpful for getting up and down. The apartment itself is very well-kept with lots of things you can use in the kitchen. The floor is a bit squeaky, but it adds to the character :-) The two ACs were a lifesaver! We hit a couple of very hot days in August, and being able to cool down in the evenings was fantastic.Christian, the owner, was awesome! He met us at the apartment and gave us a personal tour, explaining how everything works. Saved us the trouble of figuring it out ourselves. I wish we had access to his library with antique books :) Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Very nice welcome from Christian, the Owner.We enjoyed our stay in his spacious apartment with much appreciated (..a little noisy!) rolled in air conditioning.(it was hot in Paris when we were there!) .Getting in the bed on one side was a bit laborious but we made it work. ..Maybe that situation could be remedied by moving the bed in the larger office room??Anyway a lovely encounter and a nice stay in Paris for us! Easy to get around city...and strolling in the Parc Moceau definitely a delight!Thank you Christian!

Beautiful and comfortable apartment that was a great home base for our family’s recent Paris visit. Hosts were very gracious and communicated well. We were so grateful for the air-conditioning units - though we missed the worst of this summer’s heat waves so far, it was still quite hot during our stay and the AC made sleeping much more comfortable.

Our host, Christian was waiting out on the street when we arrived. He welcomed us and helped take our luggage up by the lift to our fifth floor apartment. He then showed us around the apartment and explained how things worked.Our stay was comfortable and peaceful. Large clean rooms beautifully decorated with antiques, large windows that open onto a small balcony. Buses and underground were in easy walking distance. Restaurants and small supermarkets were also in easy walking reach.We highly recommend a stay in this beautiful apartment and quiet location.

Gorgeous apartment in a beautiful neighborhood

This was my 7th visit to Paris, and this was the best place I've stayed. The apartment is gorgeous, in a typical Haussmann building, very close to Parc Monceau (a treasure!). The apartment has air conditioning, for which we were so grateful during Paris's latest heat wave (100 for several days in a row). The neighborhood is pristine, with excellent amenities and several Metro stations within a 5 minute walk. Highly recommend!

This place is unique. It is like walking back into time. Christian is warm and so helpful. The beds are great, the kitchen is well stocked and we adored the Parc and the entire location. It is not modern - it is historic. I would stay there again. Special place.

Little short of perfect.

On the fifth floor of an old French town house, this spacious flat is filled with lovely furniture, and a very comfortable bed. It has a small but well appointed kitchen with an induction cooker should you not want to eat out again. There is also a highly efficient internet and satellite TV. The delightful owner of the property still lives there occasionally - he speaks good English.Shopping for food is easy - Rue de Levis has a wide range of shops and there is a boulangere patisserie on the same block.Two metro stations (lines 2 and 3) are a short walk and will connect you easily with the centre of Paris. Once you have got your head round RATP Navigo the whole of Paris is easily accessible. There is a lot on social media about pick pockets, drug addicts and beggars on the metro - all true but no worse than New York or London.We stayed for ten days and found it perfect for our needs. We would happily stay there again.

What a beautiful, spacious and convenient place to stay. The host, Christian, explained how everything worked. The full kitchen was a bonus. Excellent bakery and restaurant on same block. Parc Monceau is a gem. Would love to stay there again sometime.

A Stunning Property

This apartment is so beautiful, you won't want to leave. Christian was a responsive and attentive host who provided all the comforts of home in an environment that made us feel as though we were Parisian locals. Immaculately clean and well maintained, with many thoughtful amenities, you will find this place comfortable and welcoming. On any future trips to Paris, this is the only place we would want to stay. The neighborhood is lovely and there are several metro stations nearby to get you anywhere in the city. Amazing apartment

Such a beautiful, classically Parisian flat. All the amenities one would want, and a fantastic location near Parc Monceau. Christian met us upon arrival, and was gracious and accommodating. We'd absolutely love to stay here again when we're next in Paris.
