This 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms & 2 Toilets Apartment is ideally located in the heart of Paris, rue Réaumur Paris 2. Situated in the Montorgueil area, you will enjoy this shopping district very typical : traditional restaurants, sidewalk cafés, food trades, groceries, bakers (croissants, baguettes). This famous quarter is a lively and pedestrianized area, rare in Paris. Apartment completely refurbished, decorated with all modern convenience, and it sleeps 6 people (+ one baby cot if necessary). The bedding is new. A rare light : many large windows with open views in every room! Luxury apartment with timber, flooring, moldings and fireplace, high ceilings...

Its central localisation is perfect to go for a walk and discover the charm of Paris. On foot, you easily join district of Beaubourg and Le Centre Pompidou, Châtelet-Les Halles, the banks of the Seine, Notre Dame and l'Ile de la Cité, the Louvre museum, Le Marais, L'Opéra Garnier... What a great location, it was so close to subways, restaurants, museums and groceries. The apartment was clean and comfortable for our family of 4, (2 adult boys.)The book listed everything lots of great information and recommendations. We had a lot of our reservations, especially NYE dinner and museums but used Laurent’s recommendations to fill in evenings. Laurent was great with contact before our arrival and Armony was just a quick call away for any questions. Thanks for a wonderful place to use as our base for the holiday week.

Lovely apartment in a GREAT location/neighborhood. Good combination of being close to Paris tourist attractions but it a vibrant Paris neighborhood. Living room, dining room and bedrooms well furnished and comfortable. Unit clean.Host was very responsive to any questions we had. To make it great we think some attention to detail required: could not get all the wall heater units to work (even asking how). One of the bathroom faucets was loose (functional but should have been fixed). Several of the coffe mugs had chips (why not review and replace?) Overall a very good experience!

We could never figure out how to get hot water in one of the showers despite getting instructions from the host. However, we made do sharing one shower. I only reached out the one time, so this is not a complaint, more of a comment. The only real complaint we had was regarding the laundry facilities. We packed sort of ‘light’ for our week-long trip due to having laundry facilities in the unit. The machine can only be used during the day, when we were out exploring Paris, and the machine doesn’t fully dry clothes. Luckily with the dining room chairs close by we had plenty of places to hang clothes for drying overnight. This was inconvenient but certainly didn’t ruin our trip.

We enjoyed staying in the apartment very much for our one week visit to Paris. The neighborhood is perfect-lots of restaurants, bakeries, and shops. Close to Metro to conveniently access all of the sites. The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. There was plenty of space for the three of us (and lots of closet space to hang up our outfits). Also plenty of mirrors for getting ready. The neighborhood is quiet and the beds are comfortable for you to get rest after exploring Paris all day

Just Around the corner

My husband, daughter and I very much enjoyed our stay. The location around the corner from a quaint, mostly pedestrian street filled with restaurants, bakeries, and produce stands made our stay interesting, comfortable and easy. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms the stay would be very comfortable for families or two couples. We enjoyed being able to prepare our own simple meals.

Laurent was a fabulous host. He was attentive and answered my many questions that I sent along to him and provided helpful suggestions for public transit vs taxi, etc.….thank you Laurent :)Laurent provided an information binder with restaurant recommendations as well as things to do etc. and it was very helpful. The space was clean and spacious and featured two washrooms which was an added bonus - perfect for four girlfriends. It had huge bright windows in the living area which was perfect for relaxing and catching up after our daily excursions. The kitchen was fully equipped as well which was very useful. The neighbourhood was fabulous with endless cafes, restaurants, shopping, etc. It was also very close to public transit. July in Paris was very hot. The unit had a few floor fans which definitely helped keep things comfortable but a window A/C unit or ceiling fans would have been even better as it did get very warm especially for sleeping. This would not be an issue in other seasons. However, during the July heatwave, it would have been appreciated.The unit is on the 3rd floor so there are stairs to take to access the apartment (no elevator). Those who are less mobile or who may be travelling with a lot of luggage may want to plan accordingly.Overall, we truly enjoyed this VRBO and would recommend it to friends and family!

Great stay in the 2nd Arrondissement

Our family of 4 (2 parents and 2 kids age 13-15) had a great stay.Location: Was great for us. We were able to walk up to Montmartre, down to the Louvre and Notre Dame, and over to Canal Saint-Martin. The only places we needed to take a car or public transportion to visit were the Eiffel Tower and Versailles. The apartment was close to many food options. I enjoyed going to Rue Du Nil (individual true local shops for great coffee, boulangerie, cheese, wine shops, etc.) which was just a 2-3 minute walk. There are many food and cafe options on Rue Montorgueil which is a very active and popular street. We ate at Breizh Cafe and picked up food a few nights there.Apartment: was very good for us. Probably /- 700 SF with one bedroom having a toilet and shower en suite and the other having a shower en suite and the bathroom out in the common area. The pictures are representative of the aparent from a furninshings standpoint. Everything is smaller than you expect from the pictures, but we had several dinners at the dining table, cooked eggs for breakfast in the kitchen, and watched TV together in the family room. Beds were comfortable - smaller by American standards if you split them in 2, but our kids slept fine. We did not use the clothes washer laundry only 5 mins walk away which is open 7 am - 10 pm. The apartment was perfect for us (nice inside, we felt very safe, beautiful courtyard, quiet throughout the day when we were ther as well as when we slept.Host replied quickly.

A Perfect Parisian Experience

We stayed a week in this beautiful Paris apartment. Everything was seamless and easy. The apartment is in a perfect location close to all of the traditional attractions and museums, but also some of the coolest things about Paris. The oldest bakery in Paris is just around the corner on Rue Montorgueil along with scrumptious cafés and bistros. If you enjoy shopping, there are numerous boutiques and stores within walking distance, or a metro stop away. The metro stations at Sentier and Reaumer/Sebastopol are literally steps away ,and is very easy to use with the RATP app..

Charing Parisian Apartment in a Perfect Location

This beautiful, charming Parisian apartment was the perfect choice for our group of four adults. The location was ideal, with easy access to the metro and within walking distance of excellent shopping, bakeries, and restaurants. Having two full bathrooms was a major plus, and the simple check-in process and great communication with the owners made our stay even better. Amazing location and very comfy apartment!

The magic of this apartment is surely the centrality of its location. Rue Montorgueil is just around the corner and you really feel privileged to be so close to all the central Paris sites. Wandering about in any direction is lovely. The apartment is quite nice and well cared for—much more spacious than many. Having separate bathrooms is really luxurious—though the WC in the dining room requires a bit of manufactured privacy (music/tv noise) to be a comfortable user experience. The building offers a full-on Parisien apartment experience with a lovely courtyard and three-floor walk up. The walk up was more challenging for my retired parents than we expected, but they managed. Really this was a perfect apartment for our needs and a fabulous week in Paris!

Paris Olympic Vacation

In my opinion, this apartment is located in the best neighborhood in the city! It's a half block from a vibrant street of restaurants and shops that offer fantastic options. The apartment is in a quiet building of residents. The beds were comfortable and the showers were wonderful. Laurent was easy to communicate with and gave EXCELLENT recommendations. Highly recommend this rental.
