The living room is equipped with 42” LCD TV with cable, very-high-speed Wi-Fi Internet, Hi-Fi system, DVD player, and books on Paris, French literature, French cuisine…
The open-plan and fully-equipped kitchen includes a four-burner induction stove, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee maker, a dishwasher, a complete supply of cookware, contemporary dishes, cutlery and glassware. All you need is here.

The 690 Sq Ft terrace, in addition to the many trees and plants, has a dining area for 4 guests, and a sitting area with sofa and armchairs.
