The good:
-The apartment itself was a nice place with high ceilings and appeared to be for the most part clean.
-The area felt safe with a short 15 minute walk to the tram station.
-Despite other reviews, we did have the place to ourselves.
The bad:
-There is certainly someone residing there on a regular basis as there were used bathroom products, shoes in the doorway, and other things left around the house. This was unexpected.
-The bathroom was not cleaned before our arrival. Not by any means a gross bathroom to use but again, was expecting a recently cleaned space.
-There was no toilet paper, we had to go buy our own.
-The hot water was non-operational "due to maintenance" for the first 24 hours of our stay. It did come back on by the second day but a heads up would have been appropriate.
Overall, you are pretty much getting what you’re paying for. The property itself has very high potential but the unexpected factors made me a bit nervous on this stay.
