'This property is nice, probably new or remodeled, I won’t say that it is bad located but definitely is not on the best part of the city, hotel was clean, room was very spacious and clean, breakfast was ok, average food, when we checked in the lady on the front desk was really nice and friendly, I definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay for a day or two.'

' I rate the Okana Resort 4 stars. No one explained the extra fees at check in or on Expedia, which was frustrating. The room also had a sewage smell, though the manager did make adjustments to help with the issue. The outdoor waterpark wasn’t open during our stay, and there was no room service available. On the positive side, the children had a great time, which helped make the stay better overall. Because of that, I’m giving it a 4‑star rating.'
