'Room was very dirty and when we showed pictures to the front desk agent, they seemed very unconcern and offered merely to move us to a different room, which I'm sure would not have been much cleaner. We really wanted a discount or an extra night added to our stay. Whole time we were treated with a very dismissive attitude as though we were in a budget hotel, and couldn't expect more than pubic hairs on the toilet, dirty Q-tips on the floor, a broken hair dryer, broken clothes hangers, half empty...

'We had to wait outside till someone showed up to check us in. The room was falling apart and I didn’t investigate much past the fridge that had white stuff running down it and slime all over it. We turned around went back to the car.'

'We were charged 2 or 3 different prices for drinks. Very sketchy. Also, no cash transactions so if you don't want to rack up a huge room charge bill don't tell them your room number. Just use your credit card instead. Especially, in the Waterpark food and beverage area. Premium seating is over rated and way too expensive.'
