'The stay was okay, but there’s some issue with the toilet that takes it forever to flush and stop running. I also didn’t like seeing hair on shower walls when we arrived. But, I did like how they return the incidental fee back to your card quickly.'

'We had a okay stay love the size of the room! We stayed there for three days and not once did they come and clean it. So we kept having to ask for more towels. Breakfast times were way too early. It would be nice to have breakfast til at least 10:30am for people who are on vacation. Outside of that staff was friendly except one lady at night time she was mad that I needed extra towels. I know bummer huh! But overall the room was very comfortable.'

'10/10 experience at Citizen House! My husband and I just got back from our stay, and we had such a great time. We were there celebrating my graduation from RN school, and Citizen House made the whole experience feel so special. We got to eat in the members club area at the bar, and the bartender was excellent. He recommended amazing drinks and really added to the experience. 'The hotel was clean, and the breakfast buffet was excellent! The staff were extremely attentive, as well as hospitable. The location was easily accessible to lots of places. Drink vouchers were given, and that was very tasty and appreciative. The pull out bed could use a new mattress, because it was hard sleeping on it as an adult. I'm sure that kids would not mind it.
