'The grounds are beautiful and the facility was clean and well-kept. Staff members were pleasant. We would actually consider staying there in a different room but the white cabin with the thatched roof was awkward and uncomfortable to the point that we left after one night even though we knew we wouldn't get a refund. You can tell from the photos that some of the description is inaccurate (It's just one bedroom and doesn't have a private pool though there is one pool for all guests to share.) but...

'Muy lindo !!!'

'Buen servicio'

'Close to the beach, super clean and friendly staff.'

'It seemed a very nice villa on top of the hills with a view. We were happy when we first arrived, though after 20 mins the electricity shut off, for 2,5 hours, in dark with kids, the team did respond real fast and the tech came by to fix the emergency light that didn’t work. Positives: - The view is very nice - the grounds are greener than on the pics - the house is quite large and rooms have good bathrooms, but villa 8 second bedroom is separate, weird! - the furnishing is nice wood, well...

'El lugar está en óptimo estado. Limpio, ventilado, cómodo. El baño más grande de lo usual. Las habitaciones limpias y el AC funcionando al 100%. La ubicación es estratégica y muy cercana al Parque Marino Ballena y a Uvita. La verdad me encantó. Y el trato de Lidia, la señora encargada, de primera. Siempre atenta a cualquier consulta.'

'Cute, quirky hotel in a great location for waterfall and whale watching trip. Room was basic but clean and comfortable, ideal for our 2 night stay.'

'Geweldig kamers, prima zwembad.'

'The Best Western Zima Hotel was the best hotel on our journey!! Thanks to the staff, the manager Rico and Santiago, we felt really at home and welcome. They made extra efforts to help us with everything we needed. Our visacard didn't work the first day, everybody was so kind and they really helped us!! Also everybody from the staff made extra efforts to care and help us with any question or wish we had!! And everything with a big smile!! '

'Mooi hotel dichtbij het dorpje. Heerlijk zwembad, tuin met allerlei dieren en lekker eten.'

'Fijne grote kamer, vriendelijk personeel.'

'Great'

'What a great stay we had at this beautiful, relaxing place! The owners had clearly put a lot of care into providing for guests needs. Well equipped kitchen. Range of seating on the balcony overlooking the fantastic pool and garden.'

'Unfortunately the hot water runs off Solar. We were there on a rainy day so… no hot water.'

'Lovely property. Full of trails in its reserve. Went to the shore - 20 minutes through the woods - to the most magnificent and wild shore. Like heaven! Also went to the natural pool and waterfall - beautiful and cool! The garden, the ocean view from every spot, and the natural and simple wooden rooms - all was a great scene for nature. Dishes of the hotel restaurant (lunch/dinner), not cheap but very tasty. The only thing we missed is an umbrella (which was a must in any other hotel this time...
