'The grounds are beautiful and the facility was clean and well-kept. Staff members were pleasant. We would actually consider staying there in a different room but the white cabin with the thatched roof was awkward and uncomfortable to the point that we left after one night even though we knew we wouldn't get a refund. You can tell from the photos that some of the description is inaccurate (It's just one bedroom and doesn't have a private pool though there is one pool for all guests to share.) but...

'Muy lindo !!!'

'Buen servicio'

'It seemed a very nice villa on top of the hills with a view. We were happy when we first arrived, though after 20 mins the electricity shut off, for 2,5 hours, in dark with kids, the team did respond real fast and the tech came by to fix the emergency light that didn’t work. Positives: - The view is very nice - the grounds are greener than on the pics - the house is quite large and rooms have good bathrooms, but villa 8 second bedroom is separate, weird! - the furnishing is nice wood, well...

'The location is amazing, wonderful animals everywhere, and the staff was so kind and helpful!! I recommend coming for a Pura Vida adventure!!!'

'El lugar está en óptimo estado. Limpio, ventilado, cómodo. El baño más grande de lo usual. Las habitaciones limpias y el AC funcionando al 100%. La ubicación es estratégica y muy cercana al Parque Marino Ballena y a Uvita. La verdad me encantó. Y el trato de Lidia, la señora encargada, de primera. Siempre atenta a cualquier consulta.'

'Mooi hotel dichtbij het dorpje. Heerlijk zwembad, tuin met allerlei dieren en lekker eten.'

'Cute, quirky hotel in a great location for waterfall and whale watching trip. Room was basic but clean and comfortable, ideal for our 2 night stay.'

'Geweldig kamers, prima zwembad.'

'The Best Western Zima Hotel was the best hotel on our journey!! Thanks to the staff, the manager Rico and Santiago, we felt really at home and welcome. They made extra efforts to help us with everything we needed. Our visacard didn't work the first day, everybody was so kind and they really helped us!! Also everybody from the staff made extra efforts to care and help us with any question or wish we had!! And everything with a big smile!! '

'Fijne grote kamer, vriendelijk personeel.'

'Great'

'What a great stay we had at this beautiful, relaxing place! The owners had clearly put a lot of care into providing for guests needs. Well equipped kitchen. Range of seating on the balcony overlooking the fantastic pool and garden.'

'Very small. Quiet place friendly staff, clean, beautiful, great restaurant.'

'Note**** They are a cash business or they take Zelle (I missed that upon booking). This is a very charming, well-maintained, and secure property. We initially stayed in a cabina without air conditioning, but after the first night we upgraded to a room with A/C, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and excellent with communication throughout our visit. Our room was consistently clean, and the quality of the linens and towels was especially...

'Unfortunately the hot water runs off Solar. We were there on a rainy day so… no hot water.'
