« Beautiful cottage. Clean and lots of natural light with a water front decor. The outdoor shower is incredible and the outdoor seating is large and soothing. Waterfront location key. The master bedroom, closet and bath were luxurious. Two other bedrooms a bit small for large boys but they fit. Great time. Close to Hamptons and boat rentals. »

« This sweet cottage is in a charming community, walking distance to a beautiful LI Sound beach. You can walk for miles on this beach connecting with nature. The cottage is in an ideal location for your exploration of the North Fork, with easy access to the South Fork as well. Perfect place for a couple to call home for a month. « We were looking for a property close to my in-laws where we could bring our 2 pups and we found this wonderful home. The cottage is much bigger than expected and beautifully furnished and well-equipped. Full size washer and dryer with newer appliances and a fenced in yard for the dogs. AC also worked very nicely during a very warm week. Plenty of towels, sheets, and roll away bed made our stay perfect. Definitely would stay again! »

« This is great property - perfectly renovated and close to everything including a nice North Fork beach in walking distance. Our host Bill communicates well and has thought of everything - house is well appointed and tastefully renovated with AirCon and washer/dryer. Sheets and Towels are clean and high quality! A beautiful, lush and grassy yard awaits your kids and the fire pit is perfect. Bill, our host was very nice in providing suggestions on where to go and what to do - some very nice...
