'Het is echt een meer dan prachtig hotel van binnen, fantastische kamers, er is echt over nagedacht! Heerlijke bedden en een hele goede douche. Wat wel wat tegenviel is dat eigenlijk alles binnen is. Ik begrijp niet helemaal waarom ze niet een terras maken aan de voorkant..ook bij het zwembad is geen bar en let op, alleen in de ochtend zon (we waren in april). Ook de speakeasy was helaas dicht. 'Balie personeel is slecht opgeleid, bij check-in en check-out lange rijen met maar 1 of 2 balies open terwijl er 4 personen rondom de balie staan maar geen begrip hebben van service of klanten helpen door extra balie te openen.'

'Its a quiet safe area. The staff and iwner qent way out of their way for me. I like not having a television. They may have in other rooms IDK. Its a quick short taxi ride in/out of Old Town. Vwry safe residential area. Big beautiful homes and yards.'

'Exceptional location, this is not only a hotel its a complete experience. If you are tired of lame and boring hotels and want to really stay in a boutique hotel stay here hands down. If you have a car, there is a parking lot just next yo the hotel adding convince since parking in this area is extremely hard. The service is incredible which is not very comon in panama, so its a huge plus. I would definitely come back and stay here.'
