'Shocking difference between Expedia photos of resort and actual. The resort is dilapidated and filthy, old and in urgent need of attention and renovation. The best way I can make my point is to say I walked from a 5 day $600 stay rather than remain at this run down resort.'

'Check in late and stayed only for 3hours. Had to catch a flight. Can’t get myself to touch the blanket- got spider sitting on it when I turned on the lights. No lights in vanity/wash sink section. Website pictures of the room are very misleading. Very old, moldy corner, sink not wiped down, clothes storage area all scratch/dirty, cabinet/sink rims are lined with dirt. Just wash face and feet. Men boendet ligger helt avskiljt från omvärlden och det finns i princip ingenting att göra. Det finns inga restauranger förutom den som hotellet erbjuder, vilken inte höll någon högre klass. 'The property makes you leave a cash deposit, they won't just hold it on your credit card. I asked for ice for my room, they said they don't have it. I asked for a fan for my room, they said they didn't have it. I asked for a king-size bed, they gave me two twins. When I pushed the two twins together, I found dirty cigarette butts and trash. 'There was damage to the space due to the weather but we were not notified until we arrived. We did not have enough beds for everyone in the party and had to sleep on a rollaway bed with no sheets. Contacted the property manager and they only told us to be sympathetic to their situation and then stopped responding overall.
