'We loved meeting the Trinh family, they were very sweet and helpful during our stay, and obviously took pride in their home. The location was excellent, a short walk from the beach and walkable (or a quick Grab ride) to the markets and the town centre. Plenty of eateries in the immediate area. 'Good location for shopping and access to the beach. We need to pay to access the pool.'

'Very busy & noisy. Very difficult getting up/ down lifts. Poor shower water pressure. Bugs in the bathroom & kitchen so substandard cleaning. Hard mattress. Not as good as it appears in the pictures.'

They contacted me through WhatsApp instead of the hotel.com app. We met others that they did it to as well. This place is lying. Also, the roomed reeked of mildew, was fairly dirty, and the deadbolt was broken...we felt unsafe and left very quickly to get away.'
