'Check in late and stayed only for 3hours. Had to catch a flight. Can’t get myself to touch the blanket- got spider sitting on it when I turned on the lights. No lights in vanity/wash sink section. Website pictures of the room are very misleading. Very old, moldy corner, sink not wiped down, clothes storage area all scratch/dirty, cabinet/sink rims are lined with dirt. Just wash face and feet. Didn’t use the bed. Checked in 11pm, got only a key-check in lady can’t speak English? Left at ...

'The property makes you leave a cash deposit, they won't just hold it on your credit card. I asked for ice for my room, they said they don't have it. I asked for a fan for my room, they said they didn't have it. I asked for a king-size bed, they gave me two twins. When I pushed the two twins together, I found dirty cigarette butts and trash. Mini-fridge barely works. Not near any stores, restaurants or shopping. Paid for breakfast with the booking, had to fight with them because they said...

'객실 상태는 괜찮았습니다. 안에 있는 실내화 쪼리?인데 누가 신은것같은 자국도 있고 찝찝해서 제꺼 꺼내 사용했습니다. 날이 좀 추워서 수영장 이용 못한게 조금 아쉽긴 하네요. 주변에 아무것도 없어서 배달시키려고 했더니 정문까지 나와서 받아가야한다하고 룸서비스 있나 안내문 찾아보니 그런것도 없고, 앞에 데스크 엄청 친절하다고 해서 갔는데 직원이 친절하진 않네요. 그리고 공항가는 택시 불러줄수있냐고 했는데,, 너무 비싸더라고요. 그랩으로 5만이었는데 거기서 거리가 얼마나 멀다고 15만동을 받아가는지,,, 다음부터 0.5박 숙소로도 여기에 머무를 생각은 없습니다. '

'The whole building smelt so bad. The staffs weren’t engaged at all, just watching their phones, hanging out with other staffs. Constantly made me wait for absolutely nothing. Would not stay there ever again. Made my whole trip like an absolute waste.'

'Lekker dicht bij de luchthaven. Zeker aan te raden bij een vroege vlucht. (De reistijd vanuit Nha Trang stad naar luchthaven is ca 50 minuten. Vanuit dit hotel maar ca 10. Behulpzaam personeel en prima nette en schone kamers. '

'by the airport; Expedia should have address of this property clearly marked so guests could book taxis and share rides like grab. I had to call the property and was given vague instructions. If you didn't speak Vietnamese, it would have been an issue. Shame on Expedia. '

'Nice resort! Room is clean with beautiful views of ocean and pools through a big sliding door and balcony but you have to close it when you’re sleeping because of air planes taking off from the air port near by. Breakfast is quite good with Western food and Eastern food, staffs at front desk are just okay not as courtesy as other resorts but other staffs are fine. It’s definitely worth it! We would come back. '

'We arrived at 9:55pm due to plane being delayed and reception apparently closed at 10pm. While telling us they could not find our booking, one of the person working there told us to contact hotels.com and ask for refund. We had to insist to finally get someone looking for our booking after 1 hour. On the checkout, same attitude, very impersonal and no care at all. Took 15min to be able to check out while we were the only one.'

'This property was beautiful, however extremely hard to find. We also had a room for 3 people and getting additional towels was a hassle. We couldn't just contact the front desk to get additional towels, we actually had to contact the "property owner". The whole process was more difficult than it needed to be for additional necessities '
