'This was the cutest little hotel with the most beautiful decor. It was centrally located close to everything, so clean, and the staff were so incredibly kind and helpful. I would absolutely recommend the Key West cottages to anyone! The pool is also very nice and the property is just so well-maintained.'

'We loved sitting on our balcony overlooking the channel. It was a beautiful and serene view. The resort is in a great location on Chincoteague. I would certainly stay there again.'

'Called at 8am to see about early check in they said sure your room will be ready by 12. We got to hotel room was not ready until 4:45. That’s 45 minutes after actual check in. The photos of property are extremely outdated. There is no pool bar although it says it on website. Dock is warped bad as well and don’t expect to see those pretty purple lights because they are not there. Definitely disappointed with our stay! Only thing enjoyable was the sweet bartender from Taiwan.'

'De kamers waren in orde. Koelkastje en eigenlijk alles wat hè nodig hebt. Het pand zelf ziet er beetje verwaarloosd uit. De reling van het balkon is hier en daar kapot, niet geheel veilig. Het ontbijt is naar onze Europese begrippen erg matig. De ijsblokjes machine deed het wel maar zag er vies uit. '

'Great location. Good amenities. Our room 214 was right next to staff room where you could hear all talking and it gets noisy starts early morning.'

'I loved the location. The pool was nice. But there was no information in the room about the hotel once you arrived. You had to figure things out on your own. My daughter had the room across from us with her 2 young daughters. And her AC leaked constantly to the point they had to keep towels on the floor the whole time in order to keep her 1 year old from slipping and falling. Maintenance came and thought they fixed it but didn't. Second call to Maintenance they never showed up. We were...
