'The hotel is located at Calle El Conde,the main street.That means you're close to everything (restaurants,bars,...).At 100 m there's even a supermarket ! Our room had a balcony which is very nice to watch people passing by. It also had a kitchenette fully equipped (that we did not use). The room was cleaned every day. The bed was good. The shower was excellent,as well as the airco. Omar and the girl at the reception (forgot her name)were very friendly and helpful ! The only thing that could...

'I had a very Nice stay in hotel Luca , the staff was very helpfull, rooms Nice and clean with very goos beds. I loved the breakfast and the rooftop jacuzzi . The hotel is in the centre of zone colonial , its very safe area . I will come back. '

'The two reserved tower rooms with partial ocean view were not provided when checking in. After complaining about that we were moved from the third floor to the seventh floor where we could see the ocean partially. Furthermore, during the booking process we were offered "slot play" as an included amenity, but this has not been available for more than two years according to the reception employees.'

'Let me start by saying what the only bad thing is about this hotel: the wifi reception on the upper floors. This is probably the best hotel I ever stayed at Malecon. Everything is fine: the rooms, the pool, the gym, the food, the staff...everything and everyone! This was my second stay and I will go back!'

'Beautiful historic building that is now a hotel, the rooms are a bit dated, I expected a bit newer standard in the elements of the room. The location is perfect for sightseeing the most iconic parts of Santo Domingo. The staff is very friendly and service was excellent, food was very good as well and we would stay again if we are to visit Santo Domingo again. Great fast check in, fast check out, well run hotel.
