'Communication with the host was so easy. She was very responsive to all messages and even gave us some recommendations for dining out. Extra nice touch of leaving some snacks and bottled water out. Plenty of towels and linens provided. Ample parking. Nice little patio to enjoy the beautiful weather. We definitely plan to be back!'

'We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home for Father’s Day weekend. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and perfectly prepared for us. The house features a large pool with a relaxing jacuzzi and a spacious lanai — perfect for enjoying Florida’s beautiful weather. One of our favorite parts was the waterfront view right in the backyard, where my dad was able to catch some fish. It made for the perfect, peaceful scenery. 'The condo was beautiful, updated, clean, and very cozy. The bed in the master was great! We loved the canal in the back, we saw several manatees. It is pretty good walk to get to the beach access, but it’s a straight, flat walk so it’s not too bad. '

'Kitchen furniture grounds bathroom all updated ! Cool and clean. A river view Very comfortable and extras walk to beach and beach supplies for use. Parking is close to door. I recommend this place '

'We had a great time utilizing this vacation rental in order to be close to our other family, a road over. The propane tank was empty so we got a brand new one for the grill. The property itself was great. The bedrooms had nice decor. The kitchen was spacious and clean. The pool area was perfect for swimming and lounging. Everything worked as it should. '

'Maria was an amazing host. She allowed us to check in early and kept checking in to make sure our stay was everything we needed. The house was clean and honestly I think it looked better than the photos. Truly an easy process and amazing experience. Thank you Maria!'

'We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed this spacious home. The pool and backyard area were great and where we spent a lot of our time. Home was very clean. The kitchen is huge and really allows multiple people to be there and not crowd each other. It was about a 20-25 minute drive from Ft Myers. Grocery store right down the street. Great place for a large group.'

"Well this property overal is just very good with a incredible pool area with lazy river. Rooms are large and convenient. The beds are a bit (too) soft for my liking. Only downside was that there wasn't any blanket for the sofa bed. Since we noticed it during his bedtime we called the reception desk but the blanket want delivered very soon. Only after calling a second time they promised it would be delivered in 15 minute. They also have an SMS service with which they inform you and ask to inform them off anything is needed or wrong. Unfortunately they didn't respond to us during our stay. Beside that we still will consider going back here :)"
