Flats in Tucson Mountain Park

'I had a terrible experience at this location which is a huge bummer considering what a nice view it has and how much I liked it the first time. We stayed again recently and had just come off an 8 hour drive with two young kids, only to arrive and be told that our reservation and payment was swapped over to the neighboring hotel that’s attached to a casino because the hotel was actually overbooked. Nothing like being exhausted with cranky kids and having to lose 30 minutes of downtime figuring...

'Another hotel guest claimed that my door hit his and the owner/manager have my personal information out to the claimant to include my personnel cell number, vehicle info, etc. The place is dingy and there is black mold in the bathroom shower area. '

'Good proximity to freeway and fast food restaurants. Room was clean but corridors and public spaces could be better maintained. Staff accommodating. Pet friendly a plus! Breakfast offerings underwhelming. Had to wait extended period of time for complimentary coffee station to be refilled. Overall, decent property and comfortable stay.'
