« We liked the privacy and the quietness of the area. The cabin was decorated with a rustic decor. It was very nicely done. When we arrived, the lights were on, the A/C was cool and the hot tub was hot. Very welcoming. The hot tub was very relaxing on the screened porch area with woods all around. « We loved our stay at Maynard’s Retreat! It was extremely clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and included everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed making s’mores by the fire, the amazing backyard view and relaxing in the hot tub after hiking during the day. « We only stayed one night, but we wish it had been longer! The cabin was clean, cozy, rustic, and perfectly secluded. We loved listening to the birds chirping, relaxing in the hot tub, and enjoying dinner on the patio surrounded by nature. It was a peaceful and relaxing getaway, and we would definitely come back. »

« Nice location in the middle of the woods…very private however be warned that the walk from your car to the property involves two little bridges and a hill or two. Would not rent again due to this.
