Aparthotels in Egmont Key State Park

'Looking for a couple nights close to Anna Maria Island without being ON the island. Turns out we were here once before and didnt realize it was the same place. Love the "Back Yard" surprises'

'Walkable area. Loved the pool area. Dory was very informative regarding the area. We had a miscommunication at check in but was later resolved with G. Previous guest clipped toe nails on the balcony and they were still there. Very gross of previous guest. This is why the lower rank on cleanliness. May have been easy to miss for cleaning crew though???'

'Prachtig gelegen complex aan het strand. Ieder appartement heeft een eigen parkeerplaats onder het complex. Ruim balkon met uitzicht op zee en appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Keurig schoon. Gezellige buurt met winkels en restaurants op loopafstand. Absolute aanrader.'

There is a price you pay as an owner for doing business, maintenance is one of those expenses. The guests should not be paying. There was no "resort" other than being on the water. We paid over 300 for one night! And..then add a "resort" fee? Also, there were no ice machines, so I called the front desk and they said it is the responsibility of the guest to turn on the...

'De locatie is uitstekend met uitzicht op zee. Helaas is de accommodatie zeer slecht onderhouden. Meubels zijn oud en versleten, gordijnen kunnen niet dicht, er was niet goed schoongemaakt. '
