Mont Saint-Sauveur Parc Aquatique

Almost everything felt awkward with the way this room was set up. Somehow the two bedroom unit didn't even feel large enough for two people. It kind of felt like someone just shoved furniture in without considering how people would use the space. The beds were fine enough (if you like softer mattresses), but the couch in the living area might be the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I've ever sat on. There was also friction dealing with the operational management. It took two days to replace the battery in the smoke alarm that kept beeping (or they replaced it with a dead battery after the first request). Also, our request for a late check-out was only rejected an hour or so after the system approved it and we were too far from the property to return in time for the normal check-out time. Overall, we did not have a particularly restful or enjoyable experience at the apartment. We had stayed there once before and like it, but at this point I don't know that I will be going for a third time.

Ils ont pris deux réservations en même temps sur ma chambre. Donc quand je suis arrivé sur place, la chambre était prise par quelqu'un d'autre. Je n'avais reçu aucun message d'annulation !!! J'ai été pris pour trouver un autre logement dans un autre hôtel puisqu'il n'y avait pas aucune autre chambre de disponible pour moi. Il a fallu que j'appelle sur Expédia pour me faire rembourser à cause de leur cancellation et cela m'a pris 2 jours. En plus, l'hôtel est dans un quartier populeux où le stationnement est payant. Donc le stationnement n'est pas gratuit. Le quartier est aussi bruyant et il y a beaucoup de traffic de véhicules. Bonne chance !
