'The staff couldn’t have been nicer! Our suite exceeded our expectations. We were celebrating our 30 year anniversary and they put a sign congratulating us on the wall of the elevator! 'Rooms are clean - we stayed there for a wedding - it is really annoying how they raise the prices especially so much - I paid $500 for a room- thats doubled the price it should be for no additional services - also requested early check in due to needing to get to the wedding by 3- they replied it would be put on our account - we got there at 215 and were told our room wasnt ready - annoying won't probably stay there again'

'Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again.'

Would not recommend this hotel to any friends or family. Did not have a free continental breakfast and charged another $30 in resort charges………for What????'
