« This is a wonderful resort. The staff are very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms are spacious and are well supplied with the necessities. The water park is safe and clean. Lots of lifeguards. The snack bar inside the water park itself, is awesome. Johann and Emma helped us out tremendously. This was our second visit and will serve returning. »

« Je revenais pour la troisième fois, l'hôtel est toujours très bien, situé et les chambres confortables si ce n'était le bruit assourdissant de la climatisation qu'il est impossible d'arrêter ! C 'est la première fois que je suis confronté ici à ce problème, je me suis renseigné à l'accueil qui m'a confirmé qu'il n'était pas possible de suspendre la climatisation. Ca plus l'absence de petit déjeuner ont raison de ma fidélité au GENEVA INN .... »

« Quaint, nice spot. Good sized rooms, nicely appointed, with a terrific back patio (we spent one evening playing cards there). Some road construction in front of the place but that should be over soon. Eazy drives to most everything in the Lake Geneva area. »

« The property is right at lake shore in a very quiet area. It's a 10 min drive to Lake Geneva where you'll find a bunch of restaurants. There is is also food options right next door but the reviews aren't the best. The concept of the cottage is good, the hot tub is a nice touch but it is very loud, not sure my downstairs neighbours really enjoyed it as I did. There is no front desk but a phone call will get you any questions answered. Actually one of their staff came to the place to sort things...

« We went to a concert at Alpine Valley. Holiday Inn was very convenient to this venue. Although we chose to drive ourselves they provided a shuttle bus for convenience. »

« Personnel très gentil et souriant La vue est exceptionnelle mais il est difficile de profiter du calme car la climatisation est très bruyante sur le balcon. Nous avons été réveillé dès le lever du soleil à 17h30 car il n'y a ni volet ni rideau occultant au niveau de la fenêtre du toit. Il faut privilégier une chambre au rez de chaussée. La chambre est confortable mais la moquette mériterait d'être rénovée. »
