« Hotel was nice & quiet and the location was unbeatable. The view of the lake was awesome. The pool area was clean, but does show some serious signs of aging. The beds in our room were extremely uncomfortable, but we were only there for 2 nights so made do. »

« Staff was great, clean room, clean full kitchen, near a target and Walmart, which is helpful if you wanna stock up on groceries and snacks. This place is great for families, a couples getaway or solo relaxing trip. »

« We loved our stay at Bella Vista! The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. Great view of the lake and wonderful location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. My only very small complaint is that there was a gap on the bottom of the front door to our suite which created noise pollution from the hallway. »

« All the hype ended up not so grand of a stay. Beds aren’t comfortable, the club lounge was not worth the money for the food they served and they tack taxes and fees on everything from the resort fees to the club lounge to the rooms. Made the mistake of Easter weekend and were over run with families with small children running around. They have a reward point system that no one tells you about and good luck getting any receipts to submit for it! Highlight of the stay was not part of...

« Nice big room, great staff. The breakfast was powdered eggs. I didn’t like that. I will not be eating there again. »

« Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again. »

« Je revenais pour la troisième fois, l'hôtel est toujours très bien, situé et les chambres confortables si ce n'était le bruit assourdissant de la climatisation qu'il est impossible d'arrêter ! C 'est la première fois que je suis confronté ici à ce problème, je me suis renseigné à l'accueil qui m'a confirmé qu'il n'était pas possible de suspendre la climatisation. Ca plus l'absence de petit déjeuner ont raison de ma fidélité au GENEVA INN .... »

« Personnel très gentil et souriant La vue est exceptionnelle mais il est difficile de profiter du calme car la climatisation est très bruyante sur le balcon. Nous avons été réveillé dès le lever du soleil à 17h30 car il n'y a ni volet ni rideau occultant au niveau de la fenêtre du toit. Il faut privilégier une chambre au rez de chaussée. La chambre est confortable mais la moquette mériterait d'être rénovée. »

« Just know this is set up for golf. Yes there are restaurants and a pool but you have to take a shuttle to them. This wasn’t completely clear »

« I booked the rooms through Expedia and when I got there there was nobody on site to get me into my room nobody had contact me as it said it would in the instructions and I had to call Expedia and find another place to go it said that it was non-refundable which made matters very annoying »
