« The hotel is in a perfect area so if you’re only going there to sleep it’s perfect. The reason why it is 3 stars for me was because we weren’t able to check in until 6pm because they said the rooms weren’t ready. They never called us when a room was ready so the only reason we were able to check in at 6 was because we went to ask again. Also, the toilet in our bathroom was leaking each time you flushed & the nails separating the bathroom from the main area were up so my husband hurt his foot...

« Je revenais pour la troisième fois, l'hôtel est toujours très bien, situé et les chambres confortables si ce n'était le bruit assourdissant de la climatisation qu'il est impossible d'arrêter ! C 'est la première fois que je suis confronté ici à ce problème, je me suis renseigné à l'accueil qui m'a confirmé qu'il n'était pas possible de suspendre la climatisation. Ca plus l'absence de petit déjeuner ont raison de ma fidélité au GENEVA INN .... »

« Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again. »

« Personnel très gentil et souriant La vue est exceptionnelle mais il est difficile de profiter du calme car la climatisation est très bruyante sur le balcon. Nous avons été réveillé dès le lever du soleil à 17h30 car il n'y a ni volet ni rideau occultant au niveau de la fenêtre du toit. Il faut privilégier une chambre au rez de chaussée. La chambre est confortable mais la moquette mériterait d'être rénovée. »

« The room was very nice, looked brand new. The pillows on the bed were bad though. The breakfast buffet was over priced and was equivalent to a free breakfast at a cheap hotel. Not a lot of variety for $25 per person and also the tip was automatically included. Both my wife and I got sick after eating the eggs. Would not recommend the breakfast buffet. « The property is right at lake shore in a very quiet area. It's a 10 min drive to Lake Geneva where you'll find a bunch of restaurants. There is is also food options right next door but the reviews aren't the best. The concept of the cottage is good, the hot tub is a nice touch but it is very loud, not sure my downstairs neighbours really enjoyed it as I did. There is no front desk but a phone call will get you any questions answered. Actually one of their staff came to the place to sort things...
