So I won’t complain much about them , But I would say some of the staff was a bit rude , I blew it off most the time but I wish they wouldn’t have the attitudes they had . We had a really good bartender Jameson ! He was fast & got us in & out ! The staff at the Alabama ice Cream shop were also Great ! Got us in & out as well , super friendly! Definitely recommend coming to Laketown Wharf »

« Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our vacation. The condo was exceptionally clean and matched the photos, with a beautiful balcony view. The unit itself is a bit dated and could use updates. The furniture was fine, but the appliances felt old, there were some loose floor tiles, and the curtains didn’t block much morning light, so the rooms get bright early. A major downside was the pool security, which felt overly strict and intrusive. Staff frequently monitored guests...

« Where do I start?!!! The entire experience from finding the place to having help with anything was a nightmare. Construction, chaos, everyone that works there acts like you’re an inconvenience and would rather play on their phone or talk on their personal phone. The atmosphere was very young and a certain demagraphic that had zero respect for human decency and the entire facility was disgusting! I could go on but I really don’t want to relive the nightmare! »

« Deuxième fois que nous séjournons au Polynesian village,le cadre est idyllique . L’appartement mériterait toutefois un petit coup de refraichissement(canapé sale, baie vitrée qui ne se ferme pas, l’eau de la douche s’évacue mal). Mais notre séjour a été formidable et nous rentrons en France qu’avec de merveilleux souvenirs.Nous avons bien l’intention de revenir à PCB »
