'Great beach location and lots of security on premises. Common areas well maintained. Unit was tired and worn out though. Furniture felt unstable and swivel chair leaning to one side. The ottoman was unsafe to sit on without falling through. One kitchen cabinet about to fall off hinges which I discovered when I opened the door. Beach chairs had torn canvas seats so unsafe to use. Bedroom carpets were very dirty (based on evidence from being barefoot in the unit). Television didn’t function until...

'Beach front 1 bedroom. It also had a sleeper couch and bunks for smaller children. Nice place for a quick getaway.'

'Everyone knows about the elevators ! So I won’t complain much about them , But I would say some of the staff was a bit rude , I blew it off most the time but I wish they wouldn’t have the attitudes they had . We had a really good bartender Jameson ! He was fast & got us in & out ! The staff at the Alabama ice Cream shop were also Great ! Got us in & out as well , super friendly! Definitely recommend coming to Laketown Wharf'

'Master bedroom lamp had missing turn knob. Need better door between bath and sleeping area in master bedroom. Both sliding doors to balcony could not be locked. Roaches in several areas of property, but not in our unit. Not enough trash cans in unit. Parking lot flooded after a rain on the morning we left. Water was literally over ankle deep. Half of the closet in 2nd bdrm was filled up with a crib mattress and boxes. Several extension cords were provided, which was good. View from balcony...
