« Where do I start?!!! The entire experience from finding the place to having help with anything was a nightmare. Construction, chaos, everyone that works there acts like you’re an inconvenience and would rather play on their phone or talk on their personal phone. The atmosphere was very young and a certain demagraphic that had zero respect for human decency and the entire facility was disgusting! I could go on but I really don’t want to relive the nightmare! »

« The place was great. It fit my family of 6 perfectly. Some people complained about the elevator, but honestly the wait times were pretty average for a tall hotel/resort with 6 elevators. The parking spot was TIGHT, however we ended up parking in a non-reserved spot for the week that we were there. My only complaint was there were no linens for the pull out bed. I might have missed that I was supposed to bring them, but I don’t think I did. It wasn’t a big deal, my kids brought pillows and...
