Simple Mid-Century Elegance with Private Pool

The home's classic Mid Century post and beam architecture, high ceilings, and numerous windows allow an abundance of natural light into the premises.
Fire up the BBQ for dinner outside. Soak in the above ground hot tub. Enjoy the beautiful and private pool or lounge in one of the many seating areas poolside. Yard is fully fenced, gated and private. Enjoy the mountain view while lounging by the pool and at night you can watch the tram go up the mountain from the back yard.
Gated entryway with off-street parking.
There is a beautiful heart shaped pool in the main yard, which is for the exclusive use of guests. Pool is private. Above ground hot tub is heated year round. Pool can be heated from November 1 to February 28 at an additional cost of $50 per day (minimum of 2 days).

Great private spot for PS getaway

Property was exactly as advertised, and even nicer than expected. Check in process was seamless, and off street parking was a plus. Unit was very private and the pool and related grounds were also private. Kitchen was well stocked and host was super responsive. All around great stay!

One of the best get aways we have had. Loved the decor, very classy especially the vintage touches. I wish I had taken some photos. Loved the pool and used it both days we were there. They left a bottle of wine and 2 wine glasses in the refrigerator for us to find when we arrived. Robert had emailed directions and the gate and door codes so we had immediate access when we arrived. No waiting in line or noisy crowds. There were large beach towels for the pool or jacuzzi. We took advantage of the jacuzzi on our last night. The bed was so comfortable never slept

Perfect Oasis

This property was the perfect weekend getaway! It’s cozy, private, and just the right size for a couple. The bed was super comfortable, and the walkable neighborhood was great for our pup. This was just what we needed. Quiet and private. The pool was GREAT when the weather cooperated. When it didn't, we found the kitchen well suited for a day of kicking back and cooking some great food. The Decor matched the style of the house and neighborhood. Very Mid-century modern cool. The space was lovely, clean, and very comfortable. The bed and sheets were comfortable, there were many indoor/outdoor seating areas, and the location is super convenient for airport/highway access. Downtown is a few minutes away in car or bike, or a nice walk (about 30mins). We loved all the decorative touches, and the host was timely in all communications.

Like Vacationing in a Josh Agle "lounge" art experience

From the approach of the property we were pleasantly surprised and impressed by the lush landscape and the clean modern aesthetic. The gated entry welcomes you to an eclectic desert scape, patio with seating area and BBQ. Just beyond is the gated backyard with swimming pool adorned by fruit trees and ample seating/lounging areas.Once inside the unit we were welcomed with period appropriate interior design, art work and finishes. Staying here is like vacationing in a Josh Agle ("SHAG") lounge art experience.Kitchen has all the required necessities and added bonus: 2 candy apple red beach cruisers to explore the pride of ownership neighborhood.Ample sized bathroom and of note was the luxe sheets and pillow top or mattress on the bed. We had the most epic sleep here. Air purifier/white noise machine was a very nice touch. We utilized the dining table and couch seating areas in the evening with the slider open with the dreamy desert breeze wafting through the room.We utilized the jacuzzi (heated year round), must be brand new, super clean, a must do. Our final thoughts on this amazing stay.....every detail has been thoughtfully curated and created the most relaxing, enjoyable and highly memorable weekend.Well done!
