'The facility was beautiful, view of the beach is stunning. The host was easily reached and responsive when I had an issue. The only reason I give it one less star is the pull out sofa is not comfortable and the front room has no curtains to keep the sun out. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.'

'Good stay. The 2nd bedroom is pretty crowded with 2 queen beds and no place to put things like water, medications, etc., and no light for reading. That's the downside. Otherwise, quiet neighborhood and a short walk to the beach.'

"Steps to Water" is a good 3 blocks down the street, through the parking lot, then there is a sidewalk & concrete breakwater with nothing but rocks on the other side. 'The inside looks exactly like the pictures, and the host always replied to my messages. However, we did have a few issues. The fenced yard was messy with chairs and cushions all over, and there were 2 areas where the pavers were sinking into the ground. We did need our sheets changed due to sand-like material on the pillow and sheet. The AC was leaking, so we had to put a pan under it and continuously change it. Finally, the guests upstairs were walking around, dropping things and moving things...
