Flats in Paia

'Great location near Paia shops and short walk to Mama's Fish House, & beach. Enjoyed our stay at Kuau Plaza. The condo was just as described and pictured. Nicely furnished & decorated. Comfy bed, everything you could need in the kitchen, nice bathroom...all looked brand new! Although right next to the road, we barely heard the traffic. We would stay here again.'

'The unit was spotlessly clean — we're talking white-glove clean. Beds were freshly made, the place was immaculate, and every corner of the space felt genuinely cared for. It's clear the team takes real pride in the property. Speaking of the team — wow. Any question we had was answered quickly and warmly. They felt less like a property management company and more like locals who actually wanted us to have the best trip possible.'

'The view from the balcony was nice, ocean from the side. The bed was great and it was the best stocked kitchen in a VRBO that we have ever had. Kristen was terrific and very responsive. For us the apartment was a little dark, and the was quite a bit of road noise. But the building is on the beach and the ocean sounds were excellent. '

'This oceanfront condo was an absolute dream. The space was spotless, comfortable, and felt very safe — especially as a solo traveler. Waking up to the view of the ocean and ending each day with the sunset right outside was incredibly grounding. One of my favorite parts of the stay was doing yoga on the private lanai overlooking the beach — it felt peaceful, restorative, and truly special. The location was perfect: quiet and serene, yet close to everything I needed. This condo played a huge role...

'Overall, our stay was good. We did have a couple of issues while there. First of all, the dryer was not working, but a couple of phone calls got a maintenance technician out to repair it. While there he also replaced the refrigerator light bulb which blew on day 2. He didn't have the correct bulb, but used a substitute which was considerably dimmer, but worked. The last issue was a lack of any kind of mixing and/or serving bowls. We made do with baking pans, etc., but still, no bowls? '
