« Upon arrival I was checking in the person working proceeded to act very discussed when I brought to her attention we have service dogs 2 of them I also have all the proper paperwork she was very rude after that Then my husband went to see if the sell ice and rudely told him he would have to go to town but failed to share there was a near by convenience store so we had warm beverages I hope something is done to educate this women on how customer service works for both parties »

Luckily, we stumbled upon opulent yet down home comfortable Keyah tucked outside the scenic mountain town of Pagosa. Keyah has a lot of great reviews and they deserve it as McKenzie makes a wonderful hostess and chef. The panoramic views and hikes are impeccable. This is truly a great American luxury destination spot. »

« Loved this property and would go back. However, we didnt have any idea where in the building to enter nor which doors which codes went to. I put this more on Expedia than the property itself however as I assume this is Expedia not passing along pertinent details. Within the building there were multiple coded doors. We just kept trying the code until we found a door it worked on. Downtown is under major construction so that might kill the vibe for some people, but we thoroughly enjoyed our...

« Great place for my wife and me: it had everything we needed: large king sized bed, separate living area, kitchen with all appliances, and full bath. The house was within walking distance of downtown, the river and hot springs, as well as some great eateries. Access was easy despite highway construction. »

« This is a great property with a fantastic view. Everything was well maintained and cared for with good consideration to decor and function. The only very minor issues we experienced were the back door not opening and some of the weeds could have been mowed, but otherwise everything was great! »
